About Me

Journeying alongside people of all ages as they navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and problems is a tremendous privilege, and I hold this sacred space with reverence.

I am an LPC/MHSP-S (Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Service Provider - Supervisor). I hold certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), with specializations in polyvagal therapy to address trauma, addiction and substance abuse recovery, climate anxiety and grief, and gender / sexuality / relational minorities (especially trans youth and their families). I offer supervision for post-masters / pre-licensed clinicians working toward LPC/MHSP licensure.

I hold an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from MTSU, an M.F.A. from Ohio University, and a B.A. from Baylor University.

My husband and I are empty nesters, with a shelter rescue pup named Juno.
